Farleigh Castle and Westwood Manor and Great Chalfield Manor

Farleigh Hungerford Castle gatehouse.
We visited 3 ancient properties on Tuesday 3rd August.  Weather was occasionally sunny which was frustrating.
Here are some of the pictures taken that day.
Topiary at Westwood Manor in the shape of a house.
Westwood Manor Collage

Crypt under Farleigh Hungerford Church in the castle.  It shows the leaden faces on the graves.  This is very rare.
Great Chalfield Manor panorama
From the apple store Great Chalfield.
You must click on a photo to see it full size especially  the panorama

More infra red photos taken this week. This time on the water meadows in Salisbury. Of the cathedral because it is so photogenic.
Do look at the link to the water meadows in blue
Do double click the images to see them full size too.
And why not put comments on line by clicking on the pencil icon.

The third image is of Stokesay castle with a gravestone from the next door churchyard.
A link to a super web site about the castle can be seen HERE
